Terms and conditions of sale
Last updated: September 14, 2026
1. Purpose and scope
These terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms”) govern sales concluded between Schéhérazade Ben Messaoud, Entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise), whose registered office is located at [À COMPLÉTER], registered under SIRET number 80091631400027 (the “Seller”), and any consumer placing an order on saynoora.com (the “Customer”). Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
2. Products and prices
The products offered (hijabs, socks, home décor, gift sets, cosmetics) are described as accurately as possible; photographs are not contractually binding. Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges, which are stated before the order is confirmed. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is placed.
3. Ordering and payment
The order is confirmed once payment has been accepted. Payment is made online through the secure Stripe service (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). A confirmation is sent to the Customer by e-mail. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any abnormal order or any order linked to a previous payment dispute.
4. Delivery
Orders are dispatched to mainland France and Europe within 24 to 48 working hours, with tracked delivery (indicative lead time of 2 to 5 working days). Should the delay exceed 7 days beyond the announced date, the Customer may cancel the order and obtain a refund of the sums paid. Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery of the parcel.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons. Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, to the following address: [À COMPLÉTER]. Return costs remain payable by the Customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of recovery of the items, using the original means of payment. To make this easier, you may use the model withdrawal form.
6. Legal warranties
The Seller is bound by the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and by the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer may request repair, replacement or, failing that, a refund of the product.
7. Personal data
Customer data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
8. Customer service
For any question or complaint: contact@saynoora.com — [À COMPLÉTER].
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman: [À COMPLÉTER], [À COMPLÉTER], or to the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
