Ordering for the first time? Here are the answers to the questions we are asked most often. For anything else, write to us: we reply within 48 working hours.
How long does delivery take?
Your order is prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours. Then allow 2 to 4 working days for France and Monaco, 3 to 6 working days for the European Union and 5 to 12 working days for the rest of the world. These times are indicative and run from dispatch.
How do I track my order?
All our shipments are tracked. As soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier, you receive an email with the tracking number and link. Your order details also remain available at any time in your account.
How do I choose my sock size?
Each product page states the shoe sizes covered by the size on offer. Between two sizes, choose the larger one: the knit relaxes slightly after the first wears.
How should I care for my scarves and socks?
Wash scarves by hand or in a laundry bag at 30 °C, without fabric softener, then dry them flat away from direct sunlight. Wash socks inside out at 30 °C and avoid the tumble dryer, which tires the elastane.
What are your products made of?
The exact composition is given on each product page, along with its care instructions. Our photographs are shot as close as possible to the real shades, though a slight difference in rendering from one screen to another remains possible.
Can I return an item and be refunded?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging; return shipping costs remain at your expense. The refund is issued within 14 days of the items being received back, to the payment method used for the order.
Is payment secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe: bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details are sent to Stripe encrypted and are never stored by Saynoora.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship both within the European Union and to the rest of the world. The costs and times for your zone are detailed on the Shipping & returns page and calculated automatically before payment is confirmed.
Are there customs charges outside the European Union?
For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or handling fees may be charged on delivery by the local authorities. They are not included in the price paid on the site and remain payable by the recipient.
